Recommended places:

Katowice is an unusual and original city. I highly recommend Nikiszowiec with unique red brick tenement houses. The surroundings of the Silesian Museum and the main market square are also very interesting, with a modern, industrial feel to them. Spodek arena and Dolina Trzech Stawów are also beautiful to see.
