1. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Localgrapher s.r.o, its affiliated companies, and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must sign up to the Localgrapher email newsletter via the sign-up form provided. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
3. Prize: The prize is a free photoshoot in a destination available on our website (this doesn’t include travel fees, entrances and other additional expenses a photographer might have). The winner will receive our Bronze Package with a possibility to upgrade. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be made once per month.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Localgrapher reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner.
6. Data Protection: By entering this prize draw, participants agree to Localgrapher processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated during the entry process. Participants can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.
7. General: By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Localgrapher reserves the right to amend or cancel this prize draw at any time without prior notice.
