Known by some as paradise on Earth, this medieval, Adriatic gem shines brightly and attracts crowds owing to its breathtaking beauty and gorgeous weather which is present throughout all four seasons.
Visit one of Croatia’s most outstanding architectural feats in the St. Lawrence Cathedral. Built over a difficult 200 years. The main entrance was created by a master sculptor who carved Adam and Eve standing on their backs on either side of the door. You can’t miss the Sacred Art Gallery. The museum contains thousands of ancient manuscripts, lit up in cases for anyone to look at. The gallery also contains a number of curious artefacts.
Finish the day at Medena Beach, a long promenade frequented by tourists and locals alike. The long stretch has an abundance of wonderful bars, restaurants and late night spots to enjoy but don’t forget to bring a local photographer along to show you the best places in town and record all those memories!
