The smalltown vibe and stunning scenery make Santorini the perfect destination for a couple’s trip, and that’s exactly what Audrey and her husband decided to do.
This lovely couple wanted the wonderful memories they made on Santorini to last a lifetime, so they chose one of our exceptional, local vacation photographers to help capture their special moments.
Romantic Walks and Stunning Views
Since Audrey studied abroad in Greece during college, she knew she wanted to show her husband the magical island of Santorini, and what better place to share a romantic vacation? Our local photographer helped Audrey and her husband to find the best possible locations in which to capture both the gorgeous couple and the amazing views.
Starting out on a narrow stone walkway leading up the side of a hill, Audrey and her husband embraced while taking in the magnificent scenery. Overlooking the traditional white buildings and blue roofs that make Santorini so iconic, Audrey and her husband posed together and separately, though there were ear-to-ear smiles on their faces the entire time.
Moving on to some more couple-centered shots, our local photographer played up the lovely contrast of the couple’s outfits with the stark white and blue backgrounds in order to create some magical photos. Both posed and candid, these pictures really capture the love felt between the two as well as their excitement at discovering such a beautiful destination.
An Absolute Must-See in Santorini
One challenge faced by anyone who visits Santorini and wants to photograph their experiences (who wouldn’t?) is the intense sunlight on top of the already white backgrounds. It can be difficult to find a balance between the strong sunlight and the white buildings without having your photos come out overexposed. This is where a local photographer comes in.
