A lovely family in a perplexing Athens deserves a photographer with a connection of nature and beauty. In November 2017 David Song, together with his wife and his two pretty daughters were fortunate enough to meet someone with lens expertise Maxos. The family hired our thoughtful cameraman, from the local area to help them keep a record of the beautiful sceneries in the ancient city.
Athens is the most significant city in Greece and its capital. Its most famous attraction is the lovely ancient landmarks (5th century BC); the colonnade Parthenon temple, Acropolis and a hilltop citadel with buildings on top of it. David could not help, but carry this home. Maxos parked it well for him.
The ruins of the walls of the citadel with thick green bushes around them dramatically matched with the cheerful family. The four paused in twos, daughters together and the parents a step behind, bringing out a real family juncture. Maxos did not disappoint the urge of the team, to show their sparkling white teeth in the magical golden hour.
The Landmarks of Athens
The walls of the temples stand to date. Their substantial curved windows create a shadow that reduces the exposure of the bright walls. A slight tilt of the camera brings out the whole construction and the subject, and the blue skies making the shot a masterpiece. The reflections of the sun, on the brown walls, serve as light in the whole area.
If you left Athens without taking a walk around the landmarks, you would not be doing yourself justice! The white rocks submerged in thick green bushes are worth seeing. A natural background, for natural beauty is an understatement. Positioning oneself in the right place brings out a picture, which says more than a thousand words. Thanks to Maxos’s cheerful mood. He managed to keep the family smiling through the moment. You wouldn’t want to go home without a memory of such topography.
The temple looks great from this view. I am thinking; the structure served its purpose those years. However, its designers never thought it would even serve better, for a family photo shoot. Maxos knows the exact points to justify this statement.
The Nature Walk
You would go home kicking yourself if you did not have a person to show you around. Maxos took the family through cute romantic places in the area. The bench looked natural in the full wholesome garden. Or should I say the family made the seat look great? The photographer takes the credit. A simple pause, and there you go. A complete story in a picture! Maxos loved this himself.
Rocking the Day
Maxos did not mind lying on the rocks, to capture the astonishing view. Being a November, the family did not worry, about the climate as it offered. They had a great moment. A song spiced it all. A local entertainer selflessly made a tune, as the lens fed. David and his family looked satisfied by everything about this place. Capturing these amazing unfolds is the least you would do.
Let’s jump! The family displayed their true colors in front of the warm shooter. A deep feeling in the picture is evident. The golden lighting synchronizes with the happiness of Song’s.
The walk back to their Plaka was also part of the photo shoot. They didn’t know, but Maxos knew it well.
