Piazza Pretoria
Martina was happy to show Adam and his fiancée the local sights and sounds all while carefully selecting the most perfect of locations for them to get the best engagement photos. She easily navigated the crowds and bustle of the city to bring the happy couple to some incredible secluded locations in which to shoot, like the historical Piazza Pretoria.
This Piazza is a beautiful, historical landmark complete with a fountain and an ancient grand staircase.
Martina’s framing expertise and local knowledge made it one of the most exquisite architectural backdrops for their photos. Martina played with angles and light to capture some unique shots and to help Adam and his fiancée truly stand out amongst the captivating surroundings.
Cathedral Captures
One of the most stunning features of the city is the beautiful domes in the skyline, and one of the most prominent in Palermo comes from the Palermo Cathedral. Our photographer, Martina, led Adam and his fiancée to some charming back streets with great light and a view of the lovely towers and domes; perfect for their proposal photos. The cathedral and architecturally antique backdrop exudes romance and makes these photos a beautiful memory for Adam and his fiancée to look back on.
Seaside Smiles
Palermo is located on the rugged Sicilian coastline, bordering the enchanting Mediterranean Sea. Fishing boats and sailboats dot the seascape and fill the harbor, creating a fairytale background and a truly laidback feeling.

City Streets
Palermo is made up of charming, narrow, winding streets, complete with antique streetlamps and lined with stone buildings; the perfect setting for a romantic photo shoot. Since the streets are quite small, it can often be hard to really showcase one couple and avoid the hustle and bustle of locals running errands or tourists marveling at the city’s incredible architectural charm. Martina being an experienced local, was able to suggest the perfect places where Adam and his fiancée could truly stand out and have their photos taken.
Whether traversing bridges, climbing stairs, or just sharing an embrace in front of a stunning backdrop, love shined through in their precious engagement photos.
