Recommended places:

1. Eastbank Esplanade: This location spans the East Side of the Willamette River and boasts stunning views of the river and the downtown Portland skyline. Meet at the Burnside Bridge entrance and walk down the stairs to the Esplanade.

2. Waterfront Park: Spanning Portland’s West side of the Willamette River, this location boasts spectacular city and riverfront views. Meet at Salmon Street Springs Fountain.

3. Old Town: As the name suggests, this is an older section of Portland with original turn-of-the-century buildings and cobblestone streets. Some may consider it slightly more “grungy”. Meet at Skidmore Fountain.

4. Downtown Portland: Great for capturing urban city-scene street photos as we stroll amongst Portland’s skyscrapers. Meet at Pioneer Courthouse Square.

5. Laurelhurst Park: Located in Portland’s East side, this park boasts lovely walking paths, a duck pond and a dog park. Meet at the Park House at 3598 SE Ankeny St, Portland, OR 97214.
