Welcome to our New Zealand photographer FAQs! If you're considering booking a private photographer for your special occasion or event in Queenstown, you've come to the right place. Whether it's a wedding, engagement, family portrait session, corporate event, or any other memorable moment you want to capture, we're here to provide you with all the information you need to make your photography experience seamless and unforgettable. In this guide, we'll address commonly asked questions to ensure that you feel confident and informed as you embark on this exciting journey of preserving your precious memories. Let's dive in!

What do I need to do before the trip?

Simply choose your photographer, date and time and any other relevant information for us to create the best photos. We’ll organise everything else. Once we have everything set up we will contact you to confirm the final details. Done.

What if the photographer is unavailable?

This rarely happens, but if it does you we will be able to select from our other professional photographers that have a similar style.

When will you confirm my reservation?

We’ll confirm your reservation as soon as possible, not later than in 48 hours.

How do I pay?

Payments are made through payment gateway provided by Braintree (a PayPal service). You can pay with your credit/debit card. You can also use Google pay.

What currency is used for the payment?

The payment is made in US dollars.
