Style:

To me photography is about people, it’s hands down my absolute favourite subject to capture, so it’s easy to say I love the documentary candid style of street photography.
Throw a bit of a fashion & eclectic style into the mix, and that’s where you’ll find me. I like to keep it simple yet original, pasty colours but edgy compositions.

Likes:

– Cities! Most will say either the beach, the country side, hiking or something like it, but me? I love walking around cities, discovering its nooks and crannies.
– Traditional Portuguese food, omg so good!
– Unpopular opinion: Video Games. Hah, there I said it!

Recommended places:

I like Liverpool for the city it once was, and for the city it’s trying to become.

An obvious place to visit is the Royal Albert Docks, it’s where the museums are, it’s where a lot of the fascinating architecture is, food stalls, interesting shops. It’s also where you can find all 4 Beatles! (in statue mode of course).

If that’s not your cup of tea we can always go a bit further into the city centre and visit the John Lenon statue at the (in) famous Cavern Club, walk along Bold Street with all the best cafes and try the delicious brownies.

Liverpool ONE for all the big shops and fashion ‘aficionados’, it’s a thing now, and Hotel Chocolat is right next to it, all the more reason to visit and have a sit down with a hot choco while you watch the crowds pass by.

The Georgian quarter is great to walk through, with some cobbled empty streets without anyone else to bother you, if you get tired you can always have a sit by the suitcase sculpture by Hope Street. Yes, Liverpool has loads of statues to “collect” if you’re into that.

Sefton Park and the surrounding streets is a bit further out but a joy to visit if you want some green during your visit.

And of course, it wouldn’t be Liverpool without a visit to the Baltic Triangle, this is where the cool graffiti is, but prepare for a bit of walk from the city centre.
